The thermal break strips, sealing gaskets, and cavity insulation structures are precisely aligned along a single vertical thermal axis. This design completely blocks thermal bridges between indoor and outdoor environments, preventing heat transfer through convection inside the profile cavities.
Inert Gas Insulating Layer: The window is configured with a 5mm + 24Ar + 5mm insulated glass unit, filled with high-purity Argon gas as standard. The 24mm Argon-filled cavity, combined with Low-E coating, optimizes the Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC). This configuration reduces heat penetration during summer and retains indoor warmth during winter, helping reduce overall energy consumption by up to 30%.
