Damac Lagoons (Dubai), 2024 till now
In 2024, EEHE supplied doors, windows, curtain walls, guardrails, pergolas, air conditioning cabinets, and other products for the Damac Lagoons project in Dubai. The first phase of the project includes 1,036 villas, totaling 68,600㎡ of supplied products.
The large-scale residential community of Damac Lagoons has transformed over 400 hectares of land into a Mediterranean-style community, boasting pristine white beaches, a tropical island atmosphere, and other captivating experiences, as well as beautiful villas and townhouses nestled around the lagoon.
According to the developer, as of 2023, the project is 20% complete, with 6,459 villas across 13 blocks under construction. An additional 2,457 villas are in the final stages of design or have contractors appointed.
